Returns and refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receiving your request, we will review it and provide you with details on how to proceed with your return. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your return.
Returning your item
All returns are at the expense of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We are unable to refund any item(s) damaged or lost in transit to us. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or, if you are shipping an item(s) over $75, purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe return of the item(s). Please retain a proof of postage. We don’t guarantee that we will receive any returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please provide your name, order number and item in question and specify if you want a refund or exchange the item for a new on. We require a photo of the damaged product to be sent to us along with your request. We may also ask for the item to be sent back to us. Upon receiving your request, we will review it and provide you with details on how to proceed. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request.
Lost and Undelivered products
We offer refunds or replacements on items lost in transit to you.
If you have not received your order within 4 weeks from dispatch, please contact us at email@example.com, providing your name, order number and item and specify if you want a replacement or a refund. We will advise you further on how to proceed. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request.
Please note we are unable to issue a refund or dispatch a replacement product until 4 weeks have elapsed from dispatch from our warehouse.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sale item sales are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
